This hotel was a complete let down from start to finish. Unclean and unfrendly

I am sorry to say that this THE worst hotel i have ever stayed in and i have stayed in some real hovels before. For the money we paid i expected at least a clean hotel room with a regular clean and a door that closed properly. Not only did none of the staff speak english, we stayed for 7 days and not once were our sheets changed, i had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned and at 4 in the morning i had to shout at the staff before i was given toilet paper. The door to our room did not seal and when a coach load of germans arrivd half way through the week that was the end of our relaxing break. I am thoroughly disappointed with the hotel and furious at the way we were treted, the only decent thing about the hotel were the pleasant kitchen staff.
