Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms. Very friendly, efficient staff. Good breakfast. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I would highly recommend the hotel. However fridge in room would have made it even better. |

Very comfortable and clean. We were in a party of five and had access to each others rooms: all rooms individually and tastefully furnished. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Splendid breakfast with plenty of choice, it kept you going all day. A brisk walk down the hill and the regular tram service meant we were in the centre of Gdansk in ten minutes. Excellent value for money would definately book the Willa Isabel again if we visit Gdansk. |

Our party of five adults enjoyed a 5 night stay at the Willa Isabel 27th April - 2nd May 2008. Although there is a rather steep climb to the hotel and it is not right in the city centre of Gdansk is was a most comfortable,relaxing and modern hotel. The centre of Gdansk can be reached in 4 stops of the very cheap tram ride located at the bottom of the hill to the hotel - stay on an extra stop to reach the main Gdansk rail station. Staff were most helpful and all rooms are designed with an individual style. (Only disappointment is that all our 3 rooms were at rear of hotel and it would have been nice if we could have enjoyed the front view).
We would certainly consider booking the hotel again if we return to Gdansk.> |

Nice stay in small hotel located at a short distance to city centre. 5 min walk to tram stop or 20 mins to town on foot. Pleasant staff. |
