The Renaissance-style Neptune Fountain (Fontanna Neptuna) with the statue of Neptune on its top, is located in front of the Arthur’s Court on Long Market (Dlugi Targ), Gdansk main thoroughfare. It was erected in 1633 to symbolize Gdansk’s bond with the sea. The fountain is one of the city’s most-loved symbols and a popular meeting place.
