With a great pleasure we leave at your disposal four luxury apartments located in one building of Sopocki Parkur – a new housing estate. Common location of the apartments creates possibility of convenient planning some family trips, trips with friends or business trips – keeping necessary intimacy, the group can stay in close contact at the same time. The enclosed, guarded and monitored housing estate with the underground garage room and the silent-running elevators provides comfort and guarantees security. Apart from the garage space, there are the additional parking place in the territory of the premises. At your disposal there is also a fitness gym with a Finnish bath and a sauna. The youngest children will spend their time nicely and safely in a playground located in the courtyard. Each apartment with area of 49m˛ is designed for maximum 4 persons and it consists of two rooms (a bedroom and a living room), a hall, a bathroom, a kitchen and either a terrace or a balcony. All apartments have their own alarm system, and on the groundfloor there are additionally provided antiburglar roller-blinds.

At Your disposal there is the open kitchen that is provided with the necessary household equipment: a refrigerator with a freezer and some snacks and drinks a microwave a toaster an electric kettle a ceramic plate pots, tableware, glassware, cutlery In the bedroom there are: two comfortable hotel beds which can be comfortably combined into a double bed – it is a special option that is prepared on the guests’ request before their arrival, together with the highest quality bed-linen pedestals bedside lamps enabling reading in the evening a dressing-table with a mirror a chest of drawers The living-room is provided with: a comfortable, folding double sofa an armchair a coffee table a writing-desk a LCD TV set with CATV the wireless Internet a table and chairs In the hall there are: a wardrobe with some hangers an ironing board a chest of drawers cosy, warm blankets a mirror In the spacious bathrooms there are: a shower a wash-basin W.C. a locker a mirror a hairdryer an iron towels a first-aid kit

Important! Visiting us, You do not have to take bath towels and beach towels with You. We know from experience how much space they take in Your luggage, that is why we have solved this problem of Yours, providing You with a set of the hotel linen. For Your comfort we suggest daily cleaning between 09:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.. On special request we change towels and bed-linen, and for longer stays the linen is changed once a week as a standard. In the apartments the complete prohibition of smoking is in force.
